The functionality Screenshot Studio has to offer can be divided into the following categories: capture (take a screenshot of whatever is displayed on your screen), annotate (add text, arrows, and other elements to the screenshot you take), and share (send out the screenshot via email, upload it to the web).

If your PC runs Windows properly, it shouldn’t have any problems running Screenshot Studio. A wizard will help you quickly get the application up and running on your PC. Once the installation process completes, your default browser will launch and you will be taken to a page that features a 2-minutes long video that demonstrates the basic operations that can be performed by Screenshot Studio.

Run Screenshot Studio and two elements will show up on your desktop. In the upper right hand corner you will see the Screenshot Studio toolbar – place your mouse over it and you will be presented with several capture options. And in the lower right hand corner, in the system tray, you will see the Screenshot Studio icon – right click it and you will also be presented with several capture options.

The capture options that Screenshot Studio puts at your disposal are: capture the entire screen, capture a specific window, capture a certain region (rectangle or ellipse).
Take a screenshot and you will be presented with the Screenshot Studio Editor. From it you can edit and annotate the screenshot you took: resize, crop, add a pointer, add text, select a window, and more.
When you’re done, you can save the annotated screenshot locally as an image file, you can send out the screenshot via email, you can upload it to the web, and you can print it out.

Screenshot Studio is free to use for an evaluation period of 31 days.

Capture anything you want, nicely edit and annotate it, then save it or share it. That is the wonderful functionality that Screenshot Studio has to offer.
